Ladies, come find joy in movement, joy in community and joy in God's grace. We workout most Saturday mornings & have low impact yoga/pilates + coffee/brunch on 3rd Saturdays. Bring mat, hand weights, water and a friend.
No advance registration necessary, but you can click here to fill out the waiver forms to speed up onsite registration.
