Women's Workout & Worship
Saturdays, 8:45 - 9:45am | Fall Kickoff September 15th
Ladies and teens (14 and up) are invited to join us Saturday mornings to get fit and enjoy fellowship with friends. The exercises are designed for all fitness levels with no intimidation! Bring a yoga mat, towel, hand weights, and water.
No advance registration necessary, but you can click here to fill out the waiver forms to speed up onsite registration.
